A Plucking Good Story

The leaves for this classic small batch antioxidant rich tea are plucked by hand (only in the mornings when the temperatures are lower), slightly withered, & then immediately cooked to preserve the green quality, prevent oxidation & keep all of the goodness in.

Serving

Serve as is or with a squeeze of lemon for a different flavour profile. Brew with boiling water (100'c) for 2 mins.
